Objective
To increase customer acquisition results surrounding the Dick’s Sporting Goods private label credit card, and adoption/participation in the “ScoreCard Rewards” (loyalty) program.
Approach
Recruited and trained “Fly In, Fly Out” Managers responsible for both shopper and store associate engagement surrounding “Grand Opening”(GO) weekends and at low performing stores. Utilized premiums, special offers and other tools to solicit and engage prospective participants. Worked to Coordinate efforts with broader GO activities.
