Restore Hyper Wellness
Restore Hyper Wellness is a national franchise with 225 locations offering cutting-edge wellness solutions including cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression, and IV drip therapy.
Objective
In the new store opening period, we set out to introduce the concept of “hyper wellness” to a new market, generate leads and ultimately sell memberships.
Approach
The opening of Maine’s first Restore Hyper Wellness location required first, an element of education, since the notion of hyper wellness and many of the services offered were new to the market. After the education and awareness phase, TideSmart shifted focus to selling founding memberships. The go to market plan for Restore South Portland included:
- Paid media including strategic traditional TV & radio as well as streaming TV & radio, paid social and search
- Gift card giveaways to radio station listeners
- Social media management
- Press releases and media alert inviting local reporters to tour the studio and try services
- Grand Opening Event with Chamber of Commerce, including a live radio remote
- Community event sponsorships with the Maine Mariners and Old Port Half Marathon
- Health Expo sponsorship/exhibit
- Grassroots outreach to nearby businesses, including tabling events at fitness and yoga studios with special offers
Results
These efforts led to Restore South Portland opening with more memberships than any other location in franchise history, among 212 locations at the time. Digital ads drove much of the traffic volume, generating thousands of leads that were diligently followed up on, resulting in 272 pre-sales memberships when they opened the doors to the public
