Delta Mobile Health Screening

OBJECTIVE

Increase (more than double) participation among employee population in the Delta Health Rewards program, minimize site impact and reduce the dependency on internal resources to drive the program.

APPROACH

Customize and deploy Mobile Health Vehicle using a hybrid mobile/onsite screenings approach to increase access to screenings for an itinerant, hard-to-reach workforce at highly-regulated locations (e.g., airports)

RESULTS

  • 10,000+ screenings administered
  • Participation increased by over 100%
  • 18-week program to 40 locations (airports and reservation centers)
