Nike needed to ensure their NFL sponsorship investment stayed relevant and fruitful despite declining TV viewership ratings. Where were fans heading to interact with pro football?


To understand NFL fans’ viewing habits and identify where their attention was shifting, Confidential Consumer surveyed 1,000 fans and commissioned video testimonials from across the country to show viewing and interaction habits.


We identified the specific digital sites and content types NFL fans were consuming and where brand activations were most noticeable for fans to recommend strategic initiatives for Nike to consider in order to capture fans’ attention.
