The Suite Spot by Alcon

Objective
TideSmart partnered with the leading surgical cataract and eyecare company to launch the Suite Spot Mobile Tour. The goal of the tour was to provide an onboard experience that combined product demonstration, work examples, related content, and interactive elements to help vehicle visitors and customers better understand and know the value of the Alcon Vision Suite Portfolio of Technology.
Approach
To do so, we designed a fully functional Cataract Operating Room Vision Suite to showcase Alcon’s seamless ecosystem of clinical diagnostics, cloud-based solutions, and cutting-edge equipment and coordinated showroom visits with local sales staff to maximize prospect engagement and accelerate the sales/conversion process.
Our fully wrapped and powered 53’ trailer with dual slide outs, pulled by a dual axle
5th wheel tractor provided live working demonstrations at hotels, conferences, trade shows and 41 venues in key markets across the country. In show mode, the trailer transforms into a mobile showroom featuring wall-mounted A/V displays, client products and equipment for demonstration, and additional interactive elements.
Results
Delivered significant ROI in first 20 weeks (currently touring). Expanding tour and potentially adding a second vehicle for 2024.
